My experience with IPS Cash from start to finish was 10/10. It started with Devin Carvalho who was the first person I met from the company. He was kind, compassionate, professional, available and I truly felt he was on my side! He made a very fair offer for the property I was looking to sell and we started the process. Next, I met Amy Lauro who was the real estate agent that handled selling the property. Just like Devin, Amy was amazing to work with. She felt more like a friend than anything else. She worked hard to sell the property and make the deal go through. We encountered many bumps along the way (evictions, delays, etc), but they were right by my side the entire time. Obviously, IPS Cash is in business to make money, but I don’t feel that is their only goal. I feel that they truly care about the people they work with.
